Who are we?

The Altrad Group, world leader in the provision of industrial services, present on 5 continents and in over 100 countries, is a company chaired by Mohed Altrad, a founder who has always been committed to numerous causes such as disability, health and access to education. The Altrad Group defends those who have the courage to believe in a better future, acts in favor of universal solidarity and respects everyone, whatever their background or vulnerability.

To give substance to these commitments, the Altrad Solidarity endowment fund was created to embody and support the philanthropy of the entire Group. The Altrad Group has pledged to support this endowment fund with 10 million euros over 5 years to carry out solidarity initiatives.
For ALTRAD Solidarity, the power to act is the key to success:

• It's about believing in oneself and not letting social determinism get in the way.
• It means daring to dream, to build a promising future even when the means at our disposal are not equal to our ambitions.

But today, the lack of power to act is everywhere, which is why we want to mobilize against all forms of exclusion and give everyone the means to achieve their ambitions.

• Against exclusion from school: worldwide, 250 million children have no access to the education system.
• Against health exclusion: half of humanity has no access to essential health services. Every day, 8,000 people die of AIDS, and 50,000 new cases of cancer are diagnosed worldwide.
• And finally, against food exclusion: in 2023, 9.2% of the world's population suffered from chronic hunger, not having access to enough food to lead an active life.

ALTRAD Solidarity has two main missions:

• To contribute to a fairer world for future generations, by supporting projects that give wings to people left behind;
• To mobilize ALTRAD Group employees in favor of solidarity and empowerment of the most vulnerable.

With ALTRAD Solidarity, we are building the paths of possibility by giving those who have none the means to build their future.
